Where Singles Are Retiring, and Why

April 29.  Welcome, to this week's newsletter.  Coming up next week is a little whimsy: Funky Florida Towns for Retirement.
Any time a list of the best cities for retirement comes out there is a good chance that this bustling city is right there on it.  Among the reasons is that it is tax friendly, has almost no unemployment, and is extremely livable with many parks, colleges, and neighborhoods.

Last month we asked our single Members to tell us where you are thinking about retiring and why. This article summarizes what you said, including what you are looking for in a retirement location, your concerns, advice, and more. Lots of really good stuff, valuable whether you are single or not.
With its picturesque lake and a revitalized downtown with townsquare, Gallatin is becoming popular as a retirement destination, with 55+ communities springing up around the lake.  It is a suburb to Nashville.
Forward this to a friend.   If you have friends thinking about retirement, please forward them this newsletter. They can get their own subscription to this free weekly "Best Places" newsletter, the Daily Digest, and the East and West New Community newsletters by going to our Newsletter sign up page.
